Suzy Johnson—Administrative Assistant

Suzy works as the Administrative Assistant to the Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Engineers, as well as assisting the Office Manager. She is responsible for data entry for all of the transmittals and submittals for all job projects. She is a Design Consultant for the Newforma System used in large projects for transmission of drawings, analysis reviews, RFI’s, including submittals and transmittals.

She is responsible for Marketing, creating and maintaining all project profiles. Controlling and updating Allegheny Design Services LinkedIn page and Showcase pages.

Suzy previously worked in the Insurance Industry as a Property and Casualty, Life & Health Licensed Insurance Agent. Suzy spent 10 years as a Professional Photographer and Area manager for Olan Mills Portrait Studios where she managed 12 studios throughout WV, PA and Maryland.

She has extensive experience in Customer Service and additional experiences in Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and worked as a Purchasing Agent for a large manufacturing company who produced uniforms for all 32 Professional NFL football teams, NBA, MLB, NHL and others such as NIKE and UnderArmour.

She is an honorary member of the Boothsville Volunteer Fire Department, where her son has been a Firefighter for six years.
