Allegheny Design Services recently launched a new division of their existing company that exclusively serves the Sports and Recreation industries.

ADS is a structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consulting firm located in Morgantown, West Virginia, that has served West Virginia, Florida, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia and Washington D.C. Over 80% of their clients are repeat customers.

“As part of our overall portfolio, ADS has been providing engineering services to the sports and recreation industry for more than 10 years,” said David Simpson, ADS President.

“We see a continuing developing demand in this market, not only in new construction but in renovation work.  We have also seen an increase in upgrading of video displays and scoreboards requiring structural enhancements and increased power demands. “

Recently, ADS has been providing design services for a major renovation to Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium, as well as two other sport facility projects at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and First Tennessee Park in Nashville, TN.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of these tremendous opportunities,” Simpson said.
