David Cotton’s presentation, “Software Design Systems: From A to BIM and Beyond,” focused on building information modeling applications for use in commercial, residential, and special use facilities to alleviate the construction process between project stakeholders: architects, engineers, contractors and owners.
The West Virginia ASHRAE Chapter hosted approximately 13 engineers and 39 students. The meeting consisted of a pizza and drink social, meeting the new WVU ASHRAE Student Branch members, three presentations and a behind the scenes tour of the WVU Student Recreation Center.
